Told YOU that don't know what YOU are talking about. LA did not have the equity, per the bank, every lot owner would have to sign their poperty as collateral, the common area's weren't enough and the only thing we had was dues income, which had to be raised. They also made LA put $600,000 in an escrow acc't. So do your homework before shooting off your mouth. This was all explained to property owners at the time if you bothered to attend any meetings or read newsletters. PS. Dues should never have been decreased either. WE NEED THAT MONEY TO COMPLETE UPGRADES !!!!

OMG...Some one with a memory. And that completely understands responsible. Responsible BOD members don't run on the falisy that all is hookie dorri. The lowering of the dues has placed the community in a financial predicatement. The time and money wasted dealing with the CCLA false accusations and personal attacks will result in a big catch up that is going to be felt. And it should sickening you what the same management co being praised now walked off with allot of salary and gain in nothing.
