Alfredo replaced Donna, the rest were on the board, and the improvements you see today were already in the works before Marietta was even there. So she shouldn't be getting the credit. She does get credit for costing LACA $$$ for lawyers & accountants fee's to investigate improprieties that didn't exist though.
Before you state things have gone down in the past three years why don't you look at what was done 1. laundry facilities that work all the time and LA is making money2. Upgrades to electric being done and not saying would be done but being done 3 Not letting the township run our place and taking them to task for the way they want to dictate to us 4 Repirs BEING done to sewer and water 5 Upgrades being done to comfort stations, clubhouse, pool area 6 Spending being kept under control This board has accomplished a lot and all these slander remarks are just reflecting that this board is a negative aspect. If people have proof bring it forward on remarks towards the one female member and if they are true she should be brought to task but if it is just a way to slant votes to another candidate then back off because don't vote on a popularity contest but for results and by the proof in the pudding both candidates up for re-election have accomplished a lot so the nay sayers do your homework or gather facts before you slander someone
