Nice advertisment for the Dingmans officials to read about the dissension in LA, remember this blog is open to everyone. Instead of airing problems on this venue why not go to the meeting on saturday and voice your opinions then. There are a lot bigger problems then someone fixing up their property, by the way if you DO read the rules and regulation there is nothing in violation of what that po did. I would be more concerned about the sewer treatment plant and the slamming being done by the code enforcement department in the local papers and what the property manager and board is going to do about those remarks.

Don't know if this is related but POs are starting to receive postcards from the town that the code officer is going to each lot to take "baseline" a survey including placement of trailers, decks, sheds, etc. and of course there is nothing from the board on the LA site. When speaking to the office they state that this has been going on for as few years and not everyone gets one, it is random. Funny, I've been a PO for 19 years and never heard of this.
When asked if the new compliance officer will assist in dong the non-conforming paperwork I was told that LA is not allowed to assist the po's!! SAY WHAT!!!
It always frustrates me when people try to censor what others right. People forget about the first amendment. We go to war with nations that oppress people for similar violations yet Americans here forgot or are ignorant and try to censor others. Who cares if anyone outside of LA reads this blog? That is the purpose of a blog to begin with. Anyone can write what they want you have a choice not to read it
I don't think anyone is asking to censor what you "write" however discretion is the better part of valor. Freedom of speech is not absolute i.e., for security purposes some things should not be divulged in a public domain and one can be sued for slander. The BOD is within its jurisdiction to keep some information off their website whether we like it or not. This is an open forum and I believe everyone is entitled to an opinion however I don't think the question is if I want to read it or not, the question is how the content affects the reputation of the community and its property owners and what additional ammunition it gives the township.
