This improvement was more than just putting down some gravel. Based on the design and material it falls under our bylaws and needed a permit so the Prop Mgr or BOD should have approved it. Did they? I needed a permit for a new shed! The whole project looks onstentatious and tacky.

Such approval shall be granted only after written application has been made to the Association in the manner and form prescribed by it. i agree someone needs to step up,why and how this got approved needs to be brought out,our property manager gets paid a great salary here in pa,i know i live here,if he dropped the ball he needs to do some explaining,if the office dropped the ball they need to make good.once again its a campground,buy 10 acres in the sticks if you want that look but here keep it real.heres a great chance for the new officer to step up and take some action,get it done thats why we pay you,and girls in the office,do your job and take care of this,board members who look the other way,step up and take care of this,once again its a campground people.
