ive been down to town inspect. hall and they are not trying to close us down,i repeat they are not trying to close us down,they simply want us to follow the laws and fix are infrastructure,we will never have 12 wides here until all electric is upgraded and our water and sewage issues are corrected.we cannot handle 12 wides the way we are.we need to start from within,like i read last week they say we didnt turn our reports in,why not?whos responsible,our community manager who oversees all.he needs to answer for his oversight and correct this now.painting some bath houses and putting more stone on our roads just doesnt cut it,we the po owners at la demand results now.

Newspapers like to run bad news. That’s what sells papers? The so-called list of information that the Township did not receive was just a car count, which they received on 6/7/2010. The number one authority regarding wastewater and water is Pa Dep. And in the last two inspections have stated the treatment systems are well operated and maintained. The main issues with respect to high potable water loss, an inability to remove nitrate at the currently set up Waster Water Treatment Plant, and the inflow and infiltration into the sewer collection system are a failure to meet design and construction standards.
The simple matters, that are blown out of proportion are done so to take others out of the spot light.
Lake Adventure's BOD, and Management have know about water loss and design issues since 1999 and was studied by professional up to 2001. There was a plan of action but never followed through.
The problem with the untreatable nitrates at the wasterwater treatment plant was first notified to Lake Adventure’s Manager in June of 2002, and was also studied for several years. This was followed up several time since then, and no action was taken.
I can state with clear confidence that what I say is fact, I have the information to back up what I state. Maybe others who blurt out the removal of staff should take a long look at the information we have in engineering report and second engineers review and come to their own conclusion who has been negligent.
