It's not low class at all. The guy does nice work,but that being said it doesn't belong at the camp ground. What gets me pissed off is all the work I did at my place I did by the rules,paid for my permits,and he gets away with this..NICE

how did the community manager not see this?he drives around why didnt he stop or check the permit or see if this was acceptable?he is overseeing all and should report this.also this is on a main road no boardmembers drive by and see or is this a friends place and we are gong to look the other way.this is a campground,lets keep it looking like one.we all know boardmembers and office staff see the blog lets see if they step up and take action on this,probly not

I think there is adifference between workmanship
and whether or not something is low class. If that driveway were my neighbors where I reside, it would be one thing, at acampground, the opposite. A casino might be high class in Atlantic City, but if the same were put up in a small town, not so. I agree with the bricked driveway and blacktop ramp being low class for la, and it should be removed. I know if any such illegal structure was in place where I live, the town officials would have it removed, and have done so. la is NOT the city, it's a campground. The longer this thing remains in place, the more problems we most likely will have with the township. I hope the board takes action, if not, I'll bet Dingmans officials will just have another, this time legal, complaint against all of us.

I agree, it is nice but not for that lot and especially not for our camp ground. They would have made a better contribution to the landscape if they used the money towards a new trailer. I have to drive by to get to my place and I'm sad they decided to pave the forest in their neighborhood and ruin the outdoor atmosphere we come to LA to enjoy.
