SO instead of reporting it to the Property manager or bringing it the the BOD attention to have the repairs scheduled, you sit here on the Blog a bitch & moen on how in effective the BOD. I just don't understand it was published two year ago by the bod in the 8 year budget plan that a modification was to made to the Sewer treatment plant and it was going to cost 1.5 million dollars. And yes in speaking to a board member they Brought in a 2nd consultant to evaluate the plant and give there recomendations. One of the problems was corrected by the modification of the spray field, building a fences around it and the planting of special trees. That was completed last year. Phase 2 is the denitrification plant the most expensive part and that's why the bod hired a private consultant to evaluate the plant. The present engineering firm designed,built and modified the plant several times. It makes sense to me why Bod hired an outside engineering firm to evaluate the plant and to double check the other firms recomendation.
