Okay lets do this your way. I bought a lot earlier this year and am in the process of having a trailer placed on said property. I have trailer placement permit from both the association and the township as well but no a Certificate of Non Conformance. I had to file a survey with nthe placement of my trailer on it and it also indicates that the lot is 45 x 112, just over 5000 sq ft. Now how did I get the permits? Because as CW stated if I'm not breaking any laws which the survey clearly demonstrates that I am not. The law does not allow for retroactive change of Zoning Laws therefor despite what has been alluded to on this blog the Township "legally" can not zone us or anyone else out of existance. The U.S. Supreme Court has been clear relevant to issues of this time over the years going back to the Euclid decision.

I completely agree with you and have said all along, or tried to, explain why this ord. is illegal. Unfortunately, as you state yourself, "legally" cannot etc. I could probably type a few pages about the ord. being illegal, according to hours and hours of research. Not to be wise, but it's also illegal to commit murder, but many innocent people are still murdered each and every day. My point is what I've been saying all along. We have to get this ord. before a court of law. As individuals, it would be too expensive. I still can't figure out why the BOD is sitting on u-know-what and accepting the ord. that passed last year and insist we got a good deal. Legal or not, they can get away with imposing this on us until a court rules otherwise.
