HI,Its 9 pm and I am home.Well this is the story:
My attorney decided to have the hearing put off till next week when the case can be brought before the town supervisors instead of the zoning board.
The decision was left up to me and I also thought it was the best route to go. He will meet with the Supervisors next Tuesday Oct.6. I will not have to be there.
The next scheduled meeting with the Board of Supervisors is Oct 27 at 5pm which I must attend.
I want to thank the sixteen community members that came tonight in support. My wife and I were overwhelmed. I also think ("my own opinion ") that the town's people where shocked to see all of our people in attendance.
Tom our VP of the BOD and his wife was also there.
We now face round two and I am determined to fight this injustice to the community and my self.
We are a community that has asked nothing of the town and we receive no services from them while paying real estate and school tax. We spend a large sum of money every year supporting the shops and restaurants along with the utility companies not to mention the Dingman Ambulance Corps. We are Lake Adventure and we are determined to stay here for many years to come. Peace BOB

Bob, sorry I couldn't/can't be at the meeting/s with you. Nice to see some members could. Last time I was able to get to LA was that day we had the chat at your RV. If your attorney feels it would help for any of us to sign a petition or write a letter, let us know. The best.
